A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Maximilian needs $550 before October.

The heating account is 4 months behind. Maximilian received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $550 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Maximilian called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Maximilian is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
