Keep the heating on at Manisha's home in Bengaluru

The heating account is 2 months behind. Manisha received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours. Manisha called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Manisha is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
