Keep the heating on at Lukas's home in Essen

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $700. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $170 first, which I don't have. I live with two young children, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
