The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $850. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $90 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
