Keep the heating on at Harper's home in Glasgow
Help Harper cover an overdue heating bill so the household stays safe this summer.

The heating account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $600. I have never been late before November's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $135 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Harper's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $600 goes:
• Water arrears: $330
• Reconnection and late fees: $125
• Down payment on a payment plan: $145
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
