Keep the heating on at Ghada's home in Salé

The heating account is 3 months behind. Ghada received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $200 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Ghada called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
