Keep the heating on at Faith's home in San Antonio
Faith is behind on heating bills after a reduction in hours and needs $1,250 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $1,250. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $140 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
