Keep the heating on at Dmytro's home in Kharkiv
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Dmytro needs $100 before October.

The heating account is 4 months behind. Dmytro received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Dmytro called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Dmytro is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
