Keep the heating on at Awino's home in Zanzibar City
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Awino needs $100 before October.

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $100. I have never been late before losing my job in July.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $100 goes:
• Gas arrears: $80
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $5
