The heating account is 4 months behind. Anthony received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless $450 is paid. He had never been late before November's medical emergency.
Anthony called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $125 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Anthony is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
