Keep the heating on at Anna's home in Augsburg
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Anna needs $650 before August.

The heating account is 2 months behind. Anna received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $650 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in May.
Anna called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $125 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Anna is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
