Keep the gas on at Queen's home in Gwagwalada

The gas account is 4 months behind. Queen received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before September's medical emergency. Queen called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Queen is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
