The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $550. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $110 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without gas isn't safe.
