The gas account is 2 months behind. Mohan received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $50 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Mohan called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Mohan is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Mohan's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. electricity arrears is the biggest at $30. Fair thing to want to know.
