Keep the gas on at Maliha's home in Pune

The gas account is 4 months behind. Maliha received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Maliha called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
