Keep the electricity on at Weronika's home in Warsaw

The electricity account is 3 months behind. Weronika received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless $350 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Weronika called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
