The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless I pay $600. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $75 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
