Keep the electricity on at Udara's home in Colombo
A disconnection notice for electricity arrived and Udara needs $150 before July.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Udara received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Udara called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Udara is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Udara's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $150 goes:
• Heating arrears: $80
• Reconnection and late fees: $10
• Down payment on a payment plan: $60
