Keep the electricity on at Uche's home in Badagry

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $100. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
