Keep the electricity on at Saki's home in Osaka
Saki is behind on electricity bills after losing my job in May and needs $550 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $550. I have never been late before losing my job in May.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $90 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Reconnection and late fees: $60
• Down payment on a payment plan: $110
