Keep the electricity on at Parvin's home in Narayanganj

The electricity account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $100. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe.
