Keep the electricity on at Oskar's home in Munich

The electricity account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $600. I have never been late before losing my job in May.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $155 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
