Keep the electricity on at Lidia's home in Kharkiv

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Lidia received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $200 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Lidia called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. Lidia is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
