Keep the electricity on at Keith's home in Dallas

The electricity account is 3 months behind. Keith received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $550 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Keith called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $190 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Keith is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
