Keep the electricity on at Inés's home in Santa Fe

The electricity account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $250. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
