Keep the electricity on at Ignacio's home in Coyoacán

The electricity account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $250. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
