Keep the electricity on at Ibrahim's home in Riyadh
Help Ibrahim cover an overdue electricity bill so the household stays safe this the rainy season.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $400. I have never been late before losing my job in August.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $400 goes:
• Utility arrears: $165
• Reconnection and late fees: $90
• Down payment on a payment plan: $145
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Take care, Ibrahim. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Greetings from Fresno.
Sending good thoughts, Ibrahim. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
looking forward to the next update. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Khon Kaen
Thanks for sharing this. Hope this works out for you. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of Riyadh.
