Keep the electricity on at Herman's home in Bacoor

The electricity account is 2 months behind. Herman received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours. Herman called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home. Herman is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
