Keep the electricity and water on at Zainab's home in Lahore

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Zainab received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before July's medical emergency. Zainab called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Zainab is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
