The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $100. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Pawan!
Heating arrears is $30 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Good question.
