Keep the electricity and water on at Guadalupe's home in Mendoza

A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Guadalupe needs $150 before July.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $150. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Guadalupe's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates. Where the $150 goes: • Utility arrears: $80 • Reconnection and late fees: $20 • Down payment on a payment plan: $50 Every share and every dollar helps.
