The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Evangelos received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $250 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Evangelos called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Evangelos is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
