Keep the electricity and water on at Bruno's home in San Francisco
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Bruno needs $800 before March.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $800. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $80 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
