Keep the electricity and water on at Aurora's home in San Jose
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Aurora needs $750 before December.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $750. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $180 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Aurora's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
