Keep a roof over Ramón's head in Tarragona
After a cut in working hours, Ramón is 4 months behind on rent and has a court summons for non-payment from the landlord.

After a car accident that kept me from work for 8 weeks, I fell 4 months behind on rent. Last Saturday a court summons for non-payment was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $2,600.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by November, we must leave.
I have a teenager still in school at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working night deliveries, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.
Where the $2,600 goes:
• Rent arrears (4 months): $1,550
• Late fees and court costs: $175
• Utilities in arrears: $115
• First month of rent as a buffer: $760
Every share and every dollar helps.

Thanks for sharing this, Ramón. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
best of luck. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
hope things get better soon, Ramón. Hope you get there. Thinking of Tarragona
Best of luck, Ramón. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours. God bless!
Stay strong, Ramón. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better
Shared it with a few friends. My neighbor in Mumbai donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Mumbai.
