Keep a roof over Matthew's head in Worcester
A final eviction notice arrived last week. Matthew needs $3,500 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Worcester.

After a sudden layoff at the call centre, I fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Sunday a final eviction notice was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $3,500.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by January, we must leave.
I have two young children at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working night deliveries, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $3,500 goes:
• Rent arrears (3 months): $2,650
• First month of rent as a buffer: $520
• Late fees and court costs: $330
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Sending good thoughts. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Katowice so I could bring a meal.
