Keep a roof over Kehinde's head in Onitsha
The closure of the factory left Kehinde short on rent for 3 months; help us stay in our home.

Following a long illness in the family, I fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Sunday a court summons for non-payment was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $350.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by December, we must leave.
I have three school-aged children at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working extra hours at a market stall, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.
Where the $350 goes:
• Late fees and court costs: $30
• Utilities in arrears: $35
• Rent arrears (3 months): $285

Take care, Kehinde. This could happen to any of us. Don't give up. Blessings
Wishing you the best, Kehinde. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Wish I lived closer to Quezon City so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Onitsha!
Thinking of you and your family. Shared it with a few friends. Don't give up. Take care.

You're not alone, Kehinde. It takes guts to ask. Well done.
Best of luck, Kehinde. Shared this with my family. After 9 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
Your post was clear and honest. We're a small family in Lagos but we're thinking of you. All the best.
Rooting for you, Kehinde. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Please keep us posted. Blessings
