A sudden layoff left Isabela short on rent for 3 months; help us stay in our home.

Following a long illness in the family, Isabela fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Thursday a final eviction notice was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $1,200.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by October, the family must leave.
There are a teenager still in school at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Isabela has started working weekend shifts, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $1,200 goes:
• First month of rent as a buffer: $270
• Rent arrears (3 months): $850
• Late fees and court costs: $80
