After a delayed insurance payout, Eri is 2 months behind on rent and has a court summons for non-payment from the landlord.

When my hours were cut in half in February, Eri fell 2 months behind on rent. Last Friday a court summons for non-payment was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $3,650.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by April, the family must leave.
There are three school-aged children at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Eri has started working two part-time jobs, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $3,650 goes:
• Rent arrears (2 months): $2,950
• Late fees and court costs: $160
• Utilities in arrears: $75
• First month of rent as a buffer: $465

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Eri.
It's all in the list in the story. rent arrears (2 months) is the big one at $2,950, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Fair thing to want to know.
