Kausar's path to healing - trauma-focused CBT in Rawalpindi
After the death of both parents, Kausar has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $250.

After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Rawalpindi Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $250 goes:
• 16 therapy sessions: $210
• Psychiatric assessment: $30
• Workbook and resources: $10
Thank you for reading my story.

praying for you, Kausar. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
is there anything that isn't money that would help Kausar?
