Kanya's ACL reconstruction can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Kanya was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in June. The surgeon at Saint Francis Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and She is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,450, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $1,850 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Saint Francis Hospital since June. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,450 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Kanya struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Kanya won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
