Kamol's thyroid cancer treatment fund
Kamol is facing thyroid cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Kamol was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in August. The oncology team at Bangkok University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Kamol is 45, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Bangkok University Hospital 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $550 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $125
• Scans and lab work: $260
• Transport to Bangkok University Hospital: $165
