Kamau needs an adapted tricycle - help us make it happen
An adapted tricycle would give Kamau independence - we're $950 away.

Kamau lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at the Kikuyu Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $950.
His current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 6 weeks.
With the right equipment Kamau could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• adapted tricycle: $870
• Fitting and training sessions: $25
• Delivery and set-up: $20
• First-year servicing plan: $35
