Kaleb has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Kaleb could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.

what exactly is the $265 for?
It's all in the list in the story. 24 therapy sessions is the big one at $240, I'll post a receipt when it's paid.
