After the miscarriage, Jyoti has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $950.

After the miscarriage, Jyoti has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Manchester Wellbeing Centre cost $90 each.
Jyoti has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Jyoti could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
