Juno's severe tick fever: help with the vet bill
Juno, Silas's senior cat, needs urgent treatment for severe tick fever costing $1,250.

Juno is my senior cat of eleven years. On 5 September we rushed to the Arlington Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,250.
They have stabilized Juno, but the treatment can't wait beyond December.
Juno is more than a pet - Juno is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $220 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Arlington Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $690
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $390
• Medication and follow-up visits: $170
