Julia's Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund

Julia was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at the Birmingham Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Julia is 43, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Birmingham Oncology Institute 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $11,400 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $7,000
• Scans and lab work: $890
• Transport to the Birmingham Oncology Institute: $1,100
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $240
• Household costs while unable to work: $2,170

Good luck. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
