Juan's gallbladder removal can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Juan was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor in June. The surgeon at Quezon City Orthopedic Institute recommended gallbladder removal, and He is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $570, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $400 short.
my son has been in and out of Quezon City Orthopedic Institute since June. The doctors say a benign brain tumor will get worse without gallbladder removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $570 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Juan struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Juan won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
