She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $350. The registrar has said Joy can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Joy has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Joy would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Joy isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Ikeja Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
