Joy needs my food truck repaired to get back to work in Ikeja
Joy drives for a living in Ikeja, and a broken fuel pump has stopped all income for 8 weeks.

I make my living with my food truck. 8 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $150 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $75
• Labor charges: $25
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• Towing and inspection: $15
Glad we found this place.

Thinking of you. Looking forward to the next update. After 19 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
you're not alone, Joy. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Sent it to 16 people at work. Greetings from Gaziantep.
